Manhattan prosecutors file new charges against disgraced movie mogul following overturned conviction.
The new sexual assault case against Harvey Weinstein is set to begin jury selection on November 12, as confirmed by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg. Weinstein’s previous conviction was overturned in April, and the district attorney plans to retry the case based on new allegations of rape and sexual assault that have come to light.
