“No Cause for Concern: 500 Drones Flying Over Central Park”

Central Park and Prospect Park opt for drone shows instead of fireworks on New Year’s Eve.

Ring in the New Year with a spectacular drone show in Central Park and Prospect Park! Unlike the mysterious objects that have been spotted in the sky recently, these 500 drones will light up the night with a dazzling display. The Central Park drone show will be centered around the 72nd Street transverse, south of the Bethesda Fountain, creating a “frozen zone” for spectators. The show will be directed at the 4,000 runners participating in the Midnight Run, projecting images related to running. Meanwhile, Prospect Park in Brooklyn will also host its own drone show, providing a unique and modern alternative to traditional fireworks.

In other news, a judge has upheld a bribery charge against Mayor Eric Adams. Stay tuned for updates on this developing story.
